Pot luck parties are always difficult to plan but I was able to make something quick and luckily I got all my groceries at walmart that included Shanfoodsglobal spice mix that comes in handy for quick recipes. We made Chana cheese bites and these are perfect to serve as an appetizer. These are semi homemade as we are using some ingredients ready to go hence you will spend less time in kitchen. These are party pleaser and perfect for Diwali or Thanksgiving. Checkout the recipe below

1 can garbanzo beans no salt 
1/4 cup pickled onions 
1 tablespoon Shan Chana masala 
1/2 cup chopped onions 
Salt only if needed 
1/2 cup water 
4 medium sized naans 
1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
1/2 cup shredded cheese 
1 tablespoon butter 

Slice onions and in oil cook till they are crispy and add ginger garlic paste 

Strain garbanzo beans and cook it on stove top

Add Shan Chana masala powder 

Add water and cover and cook for sometime 

Take naan and apply butter over it

Lawyer with Chana masala and top with cheese 

Bake in over for 5-10 minutes 

Cut these into bite size appetizers and garnish with onions and cilantro and take them for potluck party
