This snack takes me straight back to my Mumbai childhood! Crispy rice flour papad topped with tangy chutneys, onions, tomatoes, sev, and a hint of spice — the ultimate chaat-style treat you’ll crave any time of day. 😍 I grew up eating this at Zaveri Bazaar and now I enjoy them in Ghatkopar west (iykyk) when we go back. 

It’s perfect for festive gatherings — just roast your khichiya, prep the veggies and chutneys ahead of time, and assemble before serving. I’m planning to serve this as a fun and flavorful Diwali 🪔 appetizer and also for our Thanksgiving party!

Ingredients:

	•	Chopped onions
	•	Diced raw mango
