I’m all about easy and semi-homemade party ideas — especially during the festive season! 
This one is my go-to when I want something quick, crispy, and crowd-pleasing without deep frying. It turns out perfectly golden in the air fryer and looks super fun when served in shot glasses! 🙌
Whether you’re hosting a Diwali get-together or a cozy family night, this is a total win for everyone who loves that chatpata crunch 🤩

Ingredients:
	•	5 sticks of paneer
	•	2 tbsp yogurt
	•	1 tbsp red chili powder
	•	¼ tsp turmeric powder
	•	½ tsp garam masala
	•	½ tsp kasoori methi
	•	Salt as needed
	•	1 tbsp Amul butter
	•	1 tbsp chopped cilantro
	•	5 whole urad papads
	•	2 tbsp cilantro mint chutney

Instructions:
	1.	Marinate paneer with yogurt, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, kasoori methi, and chopped cilantro. Let it rest.
	2.	Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer if using).
	3.	Dip each papad in water quickly on both sides until it softens.
	4.	Place marinated paneer on the papad, roll it, and seal.
	5.	Brush both sides with butter and bake (or air fry) at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
	6.	Serve warm with cilantro mint chutney — it disappears fast!
