If you are looking for healthy and easy appetizer  idea then stop scrolling. These are our go too for parties and we also like to send for school lunches. They are healthy as they have veggies, high in protein as they have paneer and loaded with good fats. Let me put it this way these Vegetable 🥗 & Paneer Bombs are 💣. 

They are perfect as a snack and you can prep this ahead of time and pan fry or air fry them right before your party.  They turn out crispy from outside and soft and gooeyyy from inside 🥰. 

1 cup shredded boiled potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup paneer shredded
1/2 cup mixed veggies finely chopped I used broccoli and carrots
Salt as needed
1 tsp raw mango powder
1 tsp red chili powder or 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies adjust as needed
3 tablespoon olive oil
