Welcome back to restaurant Fridays  Episode 4 

We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday here, and the team went above and beyond to craft an exclusive 18-course Jain menu for her – without even using spinach or eggplant. They also offer vegan and gluten-free menus upon request, making this a must-share spot for anyone with special dietary needs.

Every course was a work of art – from the sunchoke modak with okra thecha & kokum rassa to the lentil & sesame tea with horse gram galouti, and ending with the Bal Mithai and Parna dessert – each bite was a 10/10 experience. Chef Rahul Rana chefrahulrana and his team not only created unforgettable flavors but also plated dishes that were visually stunning.

💡 Pro tip: Reserve  in advance (especially during peak time), we were able to find a spot 4 days in advance, and go for lunch – 18 courses in the evening can be a lot to digest!

This experience was pure culinary bliss, and if you’re in Dubai, this is a dining experience you’ll want to bookmark, share with foodie friends, and save for your next trip. 🌟
