Last week, leaders from all 12 of our Employee Resource Groups gathered at Braze HQ in New York for our 2026 ERG Summit.

Across 2.5 days, ERG leads collaborated, shared ideas, and planned for the future through sessions focused on storytelling, community leadership, and long-term growth. They also connected with company leaders, exchanged best practices, and had meaningful conversations with one another 🤝

Our ERGs are led by people who consistently go above and beyond to foster belonging and inclusion across Braze, and this summit was a celebration of that work and everyone behind it.
