Hassle free egg breakfast dish with goodcook’s new ceramic pan

1. Crack two eggs into the pan and stir until well mixed
2. Cover with lid and allow egg to cook
3. Top with tortilla and seamlessly flip over
4. Top with shredded cheese, over and let melt
5. Mash avocado and season with salt and pepper
6. Remove from heat, cut in half and enjoy!!
