With the upcoming Kobe sneaker pack dropping on May 26th, I wanted to cook up something celebrating the ultimate revenge narrative: Make Them Pay. While the pack honors every team that skipped out on him on draft day, this piece focuses entirely on the endgame—the iconic Lakers PE colorway. I built the background using a symmetrical, high-energy collage of the PE shoes to frame the absolute raw, unhinged Mamba Mentality on Kobe’s face.

The grit, the gold, and the grind. They passed, and he made ‘em pay for the next 20 years. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
