Anytime you get the opportunity to put on “USA” across your chest and pour into the next generation of players and young men, it means something bigger than baseball.

Extremely thankful to be named the Grey Team Manager for the 2026 NTDP USA Baseball Coaching Staff alongside so many people I respect in this game. The older I get, the more I realize this journey isn’t just about developing better players… it’s about helping build better men.

This game gave me purpose, relationships, toughness, perspective, and a platform. It’s my responsibility to continue giving it back.
