Video released by Essex Police shows the moment a dangerous driver was found hiding in a swamp at the end of a high-speed pursuit.

They said the man was followed at speeds of more than 100mph (161km/h) along the A13 into London on 14 January, at times driving on the wrong side of the carriageway.
He later abandoned the car near Rainham and was seen on bodycam footage being chased on foot by an officer and his dog, who discovered him "cowering in swampy grassland by the roadside", a spokesperson said.
