STOP 🛑 OVER-COACHING 🫣

The truth is, this issue is way more common than you think. And at some point of your coaching career, you have been guilty of doing. If you know you have or currently fall into it, here are 3 ways you can fix it⬇️

1. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES ➕
Regardless of how the game ended, you can find positive things to build from. Observe what went right, and use guidance to highlight the answers to the players.

2. HAVE A PLAN 📝
Build a training that covers the topics you see best, and put them in rotation. This will help you stay consistent and refresh the topics on them, so they can see their progress. Then adapt to their development.

3. OBSERVE YOURSELF 🧐
Reflect on how you communicate to your players. Resist the urge to “fix” something immediately. Let the game be the teacher 👩‍🏫
