Join us for the Summer Yoga Teacher Training at Mason Gross School of the Arts – an inspiring 200-hour program designed for both students and community members.

This 10-week training combines asynchronous, self-paced online modules with weekly in-person sessions every Wednesday (6–8:30pm) at the Nicholas Music Center in New Brunswick.

You’ll explore:
 • Embodied alignment & anatomy
 • Yoga philosophy & creative expression
 • Teaching methodology & voice development
 • Mentorship & community support

Whether you’re looking to teach or simply live your practice more fully, this training will support your growth on and off the mat.
