~Patricia is a yoga and pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience and 12 years of full-time teaching. Her vision encompasses mindful movement, healthy habits, and a holistic, balanced living. She is also the founder of @lovesurfyoga , a retreat company that curates surf, yoga, and a community outreach retreats around the world.~

“Yoga has taught me so much! The first thing that comes to mind is that  nothing is permanent, and surrendering to the experience.  Moment by moment, acknowledging that this moment will never come again- the way a posture feels, the room with fellow yogis, every single experience will never be the same as it is now. We don’t step in the same river twice.”-Patricia 

Setting up my Space~
“I’m a huge lover of home practice! And it’s all about setting the mood. I start by practicing saucha, as mentioned in the Sutras. A clean, uncluttered space, a well kept, clean mat, a clean thick blanket,  fresh flowers, a scent. Bluetooth headphones are also a must, and you don’t have to have fancy ones either! There’s a great pair from target for $10.  A nice cup of water next to the mat, and I feel ready.”
