Do you ever find yourself trying to force insight?

Like you need to know right now. You try to think your way into clarity, push your mind to produce answers - and the more you push, the further away the truth feels.

I’ve been there.

🌾And what always follows is bitterness. Bitterness toward myself for not having the answer when I “should,” for not being able to perform when I feel the pressure.

But then I remember: clarity is not something I achieve- it’s something I allow.
