I’m obsessed with my stock tank pool. 🏊🏼‍♀️ 💦 It’s my favorite part of our back yard renovation. It was a last minute decision on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to do it at 2pm and it was filled and running by 8pm that evening. My husband drilled two holes with a metal bit for the pool filter and that was all. We used a 1000 gallon above ground pool filter.
This definitely isn’t 1000 gallons, but it’s better to have too much than too little. We have a chlorine floater. It’s the same set up I had a few years ago with a small above ground pool we bought and only used 1 year. This was more expensive, but I can always use it as a planter if I get tired of soaking like a queen (not gunna happen). This same set up will work for bigger round stock tanks.
