Your nervous system locks down your hips and hamstrings when it detects 0 strength at end range. 3 loaded fixes change that.
Every person who tells you they are inflexible is actually telling you they are weak at end range. They just do not know it yet.

Your body has a built-in safety system. Your nervous system monitors every joint position and asks one question: can you produce force here? If the answer is no, it restricts your range. It pulls you back. It makes you feel tight. That tightness is not a tissue problem. It is a trust problem. Your brain does not believe you can handle that position, so it will not let you go there.
Passive stretching never answers the question. You sit in a stretch, hold for 30 seconds, stand up, and your range resets within minutes. Nothing changed because you never showed your nervous system that you are strong in that position. You just asked it to let go without giving it a reason.
The drills in this reel target three key areas where this pattern hits hardest: hamstrings, hip flexors, and the thoracic spine. Each drill loads you at your weakest point and forces your nervous system to adapt. That is when lasting range of motion actually happens.

Save this for your next session.
