Your Strength Scores shows you the bigger picture, while RiR helps sharpen it. 💯

Fitbod's Strength Scores are designed to reflect your overall and muscle-level strength progress over time. But progress is easier to understand when Fitbod has better context around how hard your last set actually felt.

That’s where Reps in Reserve (RiR) comes in. RiR tells Fitbod how many reps you had left before failure at the end of your final set. When you log RiR consistently, you give the app a clearer read on your actual effort.

Why does that matter? Better effort data helps Fitbod fine-tune your future workout intensity, improve the quality of its recommendations, and support smarter strength progression over time.

So while RiR is not the same as Strength Scores, it absolutely supports it.

👀 Strength Scores help you see your performance trends.

🧠 RiR helps Fitbod understand the work behind those trends.

If you want more meaningful progress data, don’t just log what you lifted. Log how hard it actually felt with RiR. 💪
