Portland’s huge waterfront park transforms into a skatepark this August. 

The Rockstar Energy Open returns to Tom McCall Waterfront Park August 14-16 and it’s totally free to attend. 

There will be multiple skateboarding competitions, live music, vendors, and tons of food and drinks.
