Our kids have finals coming up so they are maxed out and this is one of their favorite sweet treats! Easy and fun to make. You can do it with mango, or really any fruit you love!

All of the ingredients are at any local Asian market or on Amazon

Strawberry Sago

Ingredients

* 2 lb fresh strawberries, divided
 -1 lb diced small
 -1 lb blended
* 1 can coconut or evaporated milk
* 1 cup small sago pearls
* 2–3 tbsp condensed milk, or to taste
* 1 cup Nata de coco
* 1 cup strawberry nata de coco jelly
* 1–2 cans lychee, drained and chopped
* 1 cup strawberry popping boba
* Ice, optional

Instructions

1. Cook the sago according to package instructions until translucent! Don’t rush it… Use more water than you think to boil them in as they release a lot of starch and put a lid on it!! Rinse under cold water and drain well.
2. Dice 1 lb of strawberries into small pieces.
3. Blend the remaining 1 lb strawberries with the evaporated milk until smooth.
4. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the cooked sago, diced strawberries, strawberry milk mixture, condensed milk, nata de coco, strawberry nata jelly, and chopped lychee.
5. Mix everything well until evenly combined. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk if needed.
6. Chill for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
7. Add ice if desired, then gently fold in the strawberry popping boba just before serving to keep the pearls from bursting.
8. Serve cold and enjoy. #sago #strawberry #finals #dessert #summervibes
