From the children who know these classrooms best to the volunteers putting in the work, today was a reminder of what Labour Day is truly about 🇯🇲💛

Past students and friends of Ferry Basic School expressed joy at watching the live transformation of the school while UDC team members, partners, and volunteers reflected on the importance of giving back, serving community, and showing up year after year to help create meaningful change.

From painting walls to landscaping and hands-on restoration, the UDC Labour Day project was powered by one shared purpose: building stronger spaces for Jamaica’s children!
