Investment property: I purchased a condo at age 22 and have been renting it out since. Before the landlord scum comments come in - I was supposed to live in it with my bf then we broke up 😃 so I rent it out at a loss below market value (I am good to my tenant I am trying to be the change I wish to see 🧘‍♀️) 

Dividends: the majority of my portfolio is just ETFs - I linked my portfolio in my bio for free if you wanna see what I’m invested in 

Redbubble: graphic designs they produce and ship on my behalf, giving me a small cut

Brand deal ad usage: I make career, finance, and productivity videos on my page in collaboration with brands. They pay creators extra to run ads on those videos

Now that I’m in my mid 20s and have done my fair share of the sh*tty laborious jobs, I’m now prioritizing fun work I genuinely ENJOY. So COME WITH ME on my road to $10k FUN passive income 🥳
