BURGER SERIES Part 2….Oklahoma Onion Burger.  One of our favorites, enjoy.  What do you want to see next? How to Make It….. -6oz Ground Beef, roll into 3oz balls -1/2 Yellow Onion, sliced paper thin, we used mandoline on lowest setting close to 1/32” -Brioche or Potato Bun -2 Slices of Cheese, we used American -Seasoning of Choice, we used Burger Royale from @Fire & Smoke Society  **Griddle on Medium heat, we cooked on Traeger Flatrock **Drop ground beef down, season meat and all around it **Add equal parts of onions on top **Gently smash **Cook for 4-5 minutes **Move all onions that may be on grill to burger and flip **2-3 more minutes, add cheese, double up patties **Place bun on top to steam for 2-3 minutes **Remove from grill and enjoy, nothing else needed **Sometimes we add pickles and mustard, make it how you like it #onionburger #cheeseburger #series #3piecesofpecan #fyp
