અમદાવાદમાં ઇબોલા વાયરસને લઈને આરોગ્ય તંત્ર એલર્ટ મોડમાં આવી ગયું છે... આફ્રિકન દેશોમાંથી આવેલા 11 લોકોને હાલ હોમ આઇસોલેશનમાં રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે.

યુગાન્ડા, કોંગો અને સાઉથ સુદાનમાં ઇબોલાના વધતા કેસોને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને AMC આરોગ્ય વિભાગે ખાસ તૈયારીઓ શરૂ કરી છે. અમદાવાદ આવેલા 11 લોકો હાલમાં હોમ આઇસોલેશનમાં છે, જોકે કોઈમાં પણ હાલ લક્ષણો જોવા મળ્યા નથી.

 SVP હોસ્પિટલમાં 60 બેડનો અલગ વોર્ડ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે, જ્યારે અમદાવાદ એરપોર્ટ પર પ્રભાવિત દેશોમાંથી આવતા મુસાફરોનું સઘન સ્ક્રીનિંગ શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

આરોગ્ય વિભાગના જણાવ્યા મુજબ, જે મુસાફરોમાં લક્ષણો નહીં હોય તેમને હોમ આઇસોલેશનમાં રાખવામાં આવશે, જ્યારે શંકાસ્પદ દર્દીઓને હોસ્પિટલમાં દાખલ કરાશે.
