Mexican-American actress Inde Navarrette has delivered a stellar performance as Nikki in the new horror film “Obsession.” The movie follows Bear, a guy who uses a “One Wish Willow” to have his crush, Nikki, fall in love with him. What starts as a wish, soon turns into a spiral of violence and obsession. The film opened this past weekend to $17.2 million at the box office after being projected closer to $8 or $9 million.
