The opening scene where the little girl is eaten by the little dinosaurs had me shook as a kid. I was so shocked. 😂

Released in 1997, The Lost World: Jurassic Park follows mathematician Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) as he travels to a secondary, dinosaur-filled island called Isla Sorna to study the creatures in their natural habitat and rescue his paleontologist girlfriend, Dr. Sarah Harding (Julianne Moore). The research mission quickly turns into a fight for survival when an InGen corporate team, led by Peter Ludlow (Arliss Howard) and guided by big-game hunter Roland Tembo (Pete Postlethwaite), arrives to capture the free-roaming dinosaurs for a new theme park on the mainland.
