Released in 1992, Encino Man follows two high school outcasts, Dave (Sean Astin) and Stoney (Pauly Shore), who accidentally thaw out a frozen caveman named Link (Brendan Fraser) while digging a pool in their backyard. They try to pass him off as a cool exchange student to get popular and win over Dave’s crush, Robyn (Megan Ward), which naturally leads to a bunch of wild situations.
