## Caption

🖋🌟Kimpton Middle School’s Power of the Pen team had a phenomenal year, highlighted by outstanding performances at the state competition. Both the 7th and 8th grade teams placed 2nd in the district contest, earning recognition as the 2nd best overall team in Northeast Ohio at regionals held at Kent State University.

Writers Kaitlyn Charatun and Em Magana qualified for the state competition and advanced to the prestigious championship round. Kaitlyn Charatun went on to place 11th in the state for 7th grade.
