We’ve got some big fast food news for the week so let’s get into it. 

Sonic has launched a full tropical themed menu today featuring the new Tropical Heat Sonic Smasher with a sweet and spicy pineapple glaze alongside the Pineapple Coconut Vanilla Cream Slush. The Red, White and Blue Slush Float has also officially returned for America 250 season.

Jack in the Box is teaming up with Hot Ones on a new Munchie Meal launching June 1st featuring either the returning Buffalo Chick-N-Tater Melt or the new Hot Ones Sriracha Curly Fry Burger. Each meal also comes with collectible Mini Jack bobbleheads or jersey keychains.

McDonald’s is reportedly preparing another Squishmallows Happy Meal launching June 9th themed around the FIFA World Cup with rumors pointing toward 23 different characters in the US lineup.

Jersey Mike’s has officially brought back its fan favorite Chicken Salad Sub for a limited time starting today featuring diced celery, mayo, and black pepper.

Krispy Kreme’s new Masters of the Universe Doughnut Collection launches today with three themed doughnuts including He-Man Caramel Crunch, Skeletor Double Chocolate, and Cringer Claw Cookie Dough.

Burger King has confirmed the return of Crown Nuggets on June 2nd as part of its larger America 250 campaign and a new Crayola King Jr Meal launches June 9th complete with crayons for coloring the crowns.

McAlister’s is adding two Pineapple Upside Down themed desserts on June 3rd including a cheesecake and lemonade for a limited time.

And finally, Papa John’s is teaming up with Toy Story 5 on June 1st for three themed personal pizzas including the Space Ranger Double Pepperoni, Sheriff’s Round Up BBQ Chicken, and Reach for the Pie with sausage and banana peppers.
