The Cheesecake Factory has rolled out its new spring menu and we tried everything so you know what is worth it, and honestly you are going to want to check this one out. We were invited in for this tasting but this is not a sponsored review.

Starting with the appetizers, the Hand Breaded Pickle Fries come as spears with a crispy coating and a mild spicy ranch that works really well. The Spicy Jambalaya Arancini made with creole rice, sausage, peppers and onions are packed with flavor and easily a standout. The Asian Chicken Nachos with wonton chips, Thai peanut sauce, sesame and wasabi cream are a hit, though we would not have minded a bit more chicken. The BBQ Pork Belly Buns with slaw, crispy onions and pickles are incredibly tender with a rich sweet sauce and were one of the best bites of the day.

For the new bowls, you can get them over rice or greens. The Baja Bowl is available with grilled chicken, pork carnitas or chipotle honey shrimp, and the shrimp version brings a great balance of sweet and heat with a really solid roasted corn salsa. The Asian Tenderloin is served over garlic noodles and is a great combination with a ton of flavor. The Ahi Tuna Poke has everything you want with soy, sesame and garlic and was easily a clean plate situation.

On the drinks side, the Matcha Latte works both hot and iced, though iced is the move. The Southern Peach Lemonade is sweet and refreshing. The Fresh Cucumber Martini is light and crisp with a nice balance from the cucumber and floral notes. The Spanish Old Fashioned style drink blends a vanilla citrus liqueur with cold brew for a rich and slightly chocolatey profile and is a great pick if you like espresso style drinks.
