For us, it’s all or nothing when it comes to family barbecue👏👏👏

We change it up every time depending on what everyone’s craving. Sometimes it’s steak, hot dogs, pork belly…

For the sides, we usually rotate based on what’s in season and what pairs best with whatever meat we’re grilling. And this geotjeori, AKA fresh kimchi, is one of my favorite banchans to eat with grilled meat because it’s spicy, crunchy, garlicky, and so refreshing! Recipe for the geotjeori (fresh kimchi) is up on my substack!!🥗
