This Mental Health Awareness Month, Atlas, astonmartinf1, and the miamidolphins came together in support of Movember ahead of the 2026 Miami Grand Prix to have an important conversation about mental health in high-performance environments.

In aviation and elite sports, success depends on focus, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure. Behind every cockpit, garage, and stadium are people navigating stress, isolation, and the mental demands that sometimes come with their roles.

Our discussion explored why creating a culture where people feel supported to speak openly about mental health is critical to both wellbeing and performance.

We are proud to support movember, whose advocacy and work continue to help organizations better understand and support mental health.

Reducing stigma, improving access to support, and encouraging open dialogue are essential steps toward building healthier, safer, and more sustainable personal and work lives for everyone.
