## Caption

A new $30 million plan to improve traffic around South Philadelphia's Sports Complex was announced Thursday. 

The funds will go toward building a new entrance ramp that connects 7th Street to I-76 westbound, signage, a traffic operations center and smart traffic signals, according to Gov. Josh Shapiro's office. 

The new projects are expected to be completed by 2028.
