Man to man, your body isn’t failing you, it’s protecting you from yourself.👇🏽

I’ve spent 5,000+ hours coaching men who look like they have it all together on the outside, founders, executives, high performers, and the ones who come to me wondering why their testosterone is in the tank almost always share the same profile:

They’re grinding on fumes, drinking to decompress, sleeping five hours and calling it discipline, brute forcing their way through life and wondering why their body won’t cooperate.

Here’s what I tell them: your T isn’t low because you’re getting older, it’s low because your nervous system is in chronic threat mode, and your body has decided this is not a safe time to reproduce.

That’s not a metaphor, that’s your physiology doing exactly what it was designed to do, and the sooner you understand that, the sooner you stop fighting your own body and doing whatever it takes to get by in life.

Before you reach for TRT, before you use your buddy’s affiliate link for peptides, before you get on gear because deep down you don’t feel good enough, fix the environment you’re forcing your body to survive in.

Sleep DEEP like your hormones depend on it, because they do. Eat food that doesn’t stress your system. Train hard when you can afford to and recover when you can’t. Get outside, be around people who ground you, and for some of you, the work goes MUCH deeper than lifestyle.

Do that work too. Your body will reward you, it always does when you stop fighting it.

This is what I’ve observed in high-performing men who sacrifice everything for the bottom line. This is not medical advice and of course there are exceptions, so if you suspect an underlying cause, speak to your Dr.

Share with someone who needs to see this and comment or DM for help 🙏🏽
