I don’t typically step in front of the camera like this, but when you are standing on the precipice of a breakthrough, you have to speak it into existence. My company, REZI Music LLC, is so close to closing our Series A round of funding. This isn’t just a milestone on a pitch deck; this is the culmination of 13 years of boots-on-the-ground, manual hustle alongside my partner to support DJs and musicians across this nation. 

We’ve logged over 20,000 activations, and now, we are about to transition into a fully automated global operating system that will change the lives and economic sovereignty of artists worldwide.  

To cross the finish line into this next chapter, I am looking to find and acquire some short-term bridge capital—a 90-day turnaround that will push us clean over the finish line. I’ve spent a quarter-century in this industry navigating the highs and lows myself, and my driving mission is to build a financial ecosystem where the next generation of creatives don’t have to suffer through the same rough times I survived.
