🌷 Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Caesar dressing
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1-2 garlic cloves
2 oz anchovies in olive oil 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup neutral oil
2 pasteurized egg yolks
2 tsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp zatar seasoning 
1/2 a lemon 

Bread: baguette
Greens: romaine lettuce
