Chicken Seekh Kebab Recipe
1kg chicken mince
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp ketchup 
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
½ cup fried onion
½ finely chopped onion
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/4 tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
Mix everything. Make seekh kebabs and fry for 5-10 mins on each side.
