TADAAAA …Enter “ The Stoppie” 😊

Kidding aside… 

ThE STOPPIE is one of my absolute favorite mtb skills - but it’s not an easy one to master. Why do I love it? 

🔥 It impressively shows that the “brake more with the rear brake, otherwise you’ll go over the handlebars” advice is not only BAD ADVICE - also, that it’s flat-out BS 💩 

⛰️ The slab in the beginning is on #hiline trail in #sedona (where I was a year ago) - and it’s a STEEP one (!!) 

As long as you are MODULATING the front brake, and have practiced this skill in a methodical manner beforehand, the stoppie (where you’re braking 100% with the front brake!) is safe even here!
