Social media for good series: momentousinstitute founded over 100 years ago by the Salesmanship club of Dallas known as the “Red Pants” guys. It’s mental health awareness month and I took a tour with the executive director Jessica Gomez to learn more about the amazing things they’re doing for not only children but their parents as well.  Mental Health is something to practice every day and something to never be embarrassed by, we all deal with it.
