hyrox ottawa weekend // job finished, a recap 🎥

after getting my ass handed to me in Toronto in the fall, redemption was on the menu & happy to report the mission was a success 🫡

1:38:10 solo (15 minute PR) and a 1:11:04 doubles debut with my dawg anthonycrouchelli 🤝

couldn’t have done it without oebrahimi_ coaching me through a training block in the middle of the Olympics, a knee injury & becoming a dog dad, the sabrrunning method continues to pay off in spades.

shoutout to the althotel Ottawa Airport team for the incredible hospitality and stay right by the venue, couldn’t have done it without such a great place to rest and recover between races 💤

time to figure out my next side quest 🗺️
