Corporate bullies are weaponising the legal system to silence the truth. They are using predatory lawsuits called SLAPPs – like the case that resulted in a staggering US$345 million judgment against Greenpeace International and Greenpeace in the US – to silence anyone who speaks out for the public good.

You can’t protect the planet if corporate polluters like Energy Transfer, Shell, and Eni are allowed to turn courtrooms into a playground for corporate & billionaire bullies. They want to make the cost of speaking out so high that everyday people become too afraid to take the risk.

Javier Bardem and Yasmin Finney have joined forces with the Greenpeace network to expose this playbook of intimidation. We aren’t just defending a movement; we are defending our collective right to resist.
