I can honestly eat pot pie anytime of the year, especially when it’s my Cajun chicken pot pie! Who puts a timeline on deliciousness anyways? Cleanup is easy because I used my Easy Clean cookware and Easy Solutions nonstick bakeware from farberwarecook 
This set was packed with the baking essentials and isn’t overpriced!

Cajun chicken pot pie recipe 
1 sheet of puff pastry 
3 redskin potatoes (diced and precooked in microwave until fork tender) 
1 lb chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
10 oz beef sausage 
4 tbsp unsalted butter 
Cajun spice (2 tsp in chicken and 1 tsp in veggies) 
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cream of celery soup 
2 cups low sodium chicken broth 
1 cup half & half 
1 diced green bell pepper 
1/2 diced onion 
3 stalks celery (diced)
3 cloves minced garlic 
1 tbsp hot sauce 

Cajun butter:
4 tbsp butter 
1 tsp hot sauce 
1 tsp Cajun spice
