Once in a blue moon, baby!

It’s a phrase most of us have heard our entire lives, but the origin is actually pretty fascinating. A blue moon refers to a rare extra full moon that appears within a season or calendar cycle. Because it doesn’t happen often, it became associated with something uncommon, meaningful, and worth paying attention to.

I love that reminder!

Life moves so fast. We spend so much time taking care of responsibilities, showing up for everyone else, pushing through stress, and adapting to constant noise that we forget how important it is to pause and reconnect with ourselves.

This Sunday is literally a Blue Moon in Sagittarius, and we’re gathering for a special evening designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, release what’s been heavy, and realign with your own energy again.
