This spring, we completed a formal program evaluation across Alabama and Georgia surrounding SoundEmbrace sound-based experiences and nervous system regulation.

What stood out most to me wasn’t just that participants reported feeling calmer…

It was how quickly the body responded when finally given intentional space to slow down.

After a single session:
96.1% of participants reported reduced stress.
93.7% reported feeling less overwhelmed.
Calm scores increased significantly.

That matters because maybe people don’t necessarily need more information right now.
Maybe they need spaces where the body finally feels safe enough to soften.

Tonight we gather again in Atlanta for another sound experience, and honestly, I’m deeply grateful for every person choosing to prioritize their wellbeing in a world that constantly asks us to override it.
