A lot of people are craving a pause right now.

With so many distractions, it feels harder and harder to focus. Harder to settle. Harder to fully exhale.

One of my go-to practices when I’m feeling pulled in too many directions is asking myself three things:

What can I control?
What can I partially control?
What can I not control at all?

Something about that always helps me come back to myself. It gives me direction. Perspective. A little more groundedness in the middle of the noise.

That’s part of what this upcoming Blue Moon energy feels like to me too. Not necessarily about astrology itself, but about the invitation. The pause. The opportunity to reflect, release, soften, and finally let out the breath you didn’t realize you were holding.

I’m bringing that intention into this Wednesday’s Atlanta sound bath at cultivateatlanta , as well as Sunday’s virtual Blue Moon Activation.

Your nervous system deserves experiences that help it remember that it’s safe. And the more opportunities we give the body to experience safety, the more resilient it becomes in moving through stress with calmness and clarity.
