📍Vestige Binidufa has just opened outside Ferreries in rural Menorca, a restored 18th-century farmstead now operating as an 11-room hotel set within a large private estate. It’s part of a wider project by Vestige, the family-run hoteliers who focus on showcasing more remote corners of Spain and injecting life into old buildings. This area of Menorca is a far cry from the party beaches of Mallorca or Ibiza. Binidufà sits within a wider stretch of land shared with sister five-star Son Ermita, with panoramic views across rocky outcrops and shrubby hills, with the scraggy coastline and sparkling Mediterranean in every direction.
