Ai agents tests continue (Agent one) - Animated characters and worlds 👨🏿‍🔬

As always, the idea starts with me.

For this one, I wanted to see how far I could push a character-driven workflow inside Agent One by invideo. I started by building an animated character, then created a group of abstract animated elements — these weird little shape-based characters with eyes — and used those pieces as the foundation for the world.

From there, I worked with the agent to shape different environments around the character until the visual language started to feel right. Once the world had a direction, I started testing prompt ideas: camera movement, character actions, and the kind of cinematic energy I wanted the final videos to have.

My biggest takeaway is that Agent One doesn’t remove the creative process. It actually helps organize it.

It gives you a way to take the ideas in your head and start translating them into something visual, structured, and cinematic. You still have to direct. You still have to make taste decisions. You still have to know what feels right and what doesn’t.

But having an AI crew that can help you build characters, develop worlds, test scenes, and shape sequences makes the process feel way more fluid.
