5 things I do instead of scrolling when I know my head space needs a reset 👇

Whether that’s taking my dog out for a walk, doing some recovery work with pliability_ , heading to the driving range, jumping on Fortnite with mates, or cooking a simple meal… all of it helps me switch off a bit and reset mentally.

I’m not saying don’t use your phone… cause I’m just as guilty but getting out of the phone / laptop is super important
