POV: It’s easier to do hard work when you know what your why is. 🎥

This was me pushing a cart full of gear across campus on my way to creating one of my favorite projects from the entire season.

Over the past decade working in sports media, I’ve learned a lot about the industry and even more about myself. One thing I know for sure is that purpose makes the hard days easier to carry.

The bigger the vision, the easier it becomes to embrace the grind one step at a time.
