I’m 49. At 44, one glass of wine flared my rosacea. Seafood broke me out in welts. Leftovers covered me in hives. Today, none of it happens. And the reason isn’t an antihistamine.

After 20+ years in women’s health & hormones, here’s the loop nobody is connecting.

Your skin flushes. You’re bloated. You’re itchy. You’re anxious for no reason. Your doctor calls it anxiety or hands you an antihistamine.

Estrogen tells your immune cells to release histamine. Progesterone tells them to calm down. In perimenopause, progesterone drops first, often years before your period gets irregular. Estrogen swings wildly. The brakes are gone. Histamine builds up.

But hormones aren’t the whole story. When immune cells release histamine, they also release inflammation the same cytokines that drive insulin resistance. That inflammation blocks insulin. High insulin then triggers more histamine. The loop feeds itself.

This is why women with sudden histamine symptoms can’t lose weight. And why women who can’t lose weight develop sudden food sensitivities. Same problem.

Antihistamines block the reaction. They don’t fix the source. The source is upstream. Your liver clears extra estrogen. Your gut makes the enzyme that breaks down histamine. Stable blood sugar stops the spikes that prime your immune cells. Calm cortisol means calm immune cells.

I lived this. 2020, pandemic stress. By 2021 I was reacting to almost everything. The fix wasn’t an antihistamine. It was treating what was going wrong underneath. My gut. My toxic load. My stress. Your health is never stagnant. It’s always an evolution.

This is the Hormone Stacking Method. Liver. Gut. Blood sugar. Cortisol. Thyroid.

I’m teaching you my method live Friday, May 29. 8:30am PT / 11:30am ET. Free. This information is life changing.

The same systems behind histamine reactions are driving the weight that won’t budge, the broken sleep, and the energy crashes so many women over 40 are quietly dealing with.

Comment METHOD and I’ll send you the link. Replay is available.
