Growing up fast in a home shaped by instability and hardship, Adrisela Forero ’28 learned early on to rely on her own strength and the power of education. As a teenager, she became a mother and left home, balancing school, work, and parenting while living in a shelter. Today, the psychology major is focused on building a future rooted in resilience, healing, independence, and hope for herself and her daughter.
